The complete opening is restored: title at 0:00, landscape at 0:15, cows at 0:24, Nanda’s home at 0:33, then Verse 1a at 0:38.52. Your reviewed timings and 49-screen sequence are preserved. New: move an illustration earlier or later by three seconds with one click. If its new time would cross a neighboring image, the editor shows what must move and asks permission; you no longer have to adjust those images individually. Undo last edit reverses the complete change. The 3-second opening/instrumental and final-image crossfades, and 1.5-second sung crossfades, now apply equally to pictures and lyrics.

Opening and instrumental illustrations use 3-second crossfades; sung verse/refrain changes use 1.5-second crossfades, with the final image at 3 seconds. Image and lyric fades are synchronized. Every crossfade finishes at its scheduled start time. You can seek the recording and edit at any time. If a new start time would overtake a neighbor, the editor asks before moving that neighbor just enough to retain the correct image order. No changes are made if you cancel. The cover remains at 00:00. Export your timing JSON regularly.
